I have a 3rd Gen 32gb Ipod Touch which is out of warranty.
The headphone jack now only plays out of the right ear phone, I have tried several pairs which all work perfectly in other devices.
I understand that under UK consumer law if a product develops a fault over a timescale that is less than what can be reasonable expected from a product then the manufacturer must repair or replace the device.
Is the fault I have described something that would be covered?
Also what are peoples experiences with Apple in these situations?
