I'm getting my first Mac propably next week, and I'd like to use my iPod to transfer data from Windows to OSX. I know that OSX understands FAT32 filesystem, but are there any other consers I should be aware of before starting to transfer via iPod?

Just make sure you don't accidentally reassign your iPod's music library when you plug it into the second computer. iTunes will ask whether you want to change and remember to click "No".
