Bootcamp to VMware Fusion

Hi guys.

So I recently switched to an SSD + 1TB Optibay.
And all my Bootcamp file were in my old HDD.

Now I got VMware Fusion on my SSD and I want to put all my files, or possibly migrate my whole OS/data/etc to my SSD.

Is this possible?

Can I just drag and drop onto my SSD?
