Bribes - speaking of which: Walters did a horrible job today. Good for Mata-me.

What with half of Horizon Heights not playing this gameweek, it looks like I maybe able to extend my unbeaten cup run to 6 games, unless Arteta makes a surprise return and scores 7 or 8 goals tonight..!
Next up, Woodingtonhampshire, beware... I've won my last 5 away games...

This week, the Stoplights are laser focused on the Tall Saints. Our sides are so similar that it will come down to the play of only two or three key players. The Red, Yellow and Green faithful have already begun tailgating. They should be a rowdy bunch tomorrow! Viva la Stoplights!!!

I softened the Saints up for you this past week so all should be good.
![]() In fact, here are the full results from the last Gameweek... Tall Saints 55 - 80 Sporting Dual-Cores Hardly Athletic 68 - 56 Neutron Heath Pinstripe City 49 - 73 Pachyderm FC Brainerd FC 61 - 62 T!llionaire Toyshire Argy-Bargy 49 - 78 The Stoplights LITH United 51 - 109 Elisbury Hill Mancunian Mopheads 56 - 33 Horizon Heights Thigh High Socks 37 - 46 Woodingtonhampshire Fizzy's Flyers 43 - 47 Omaha Latics That leaves the table looking like this... Here's then who'll we be playing in the next round of fixtures... Sporting Dual-Cores v Brainerd FC T!llionaire Toyshire v Pinstripe City Pachyderm FC v Hardly Athletic Neutron Heath v Fizzy's Flyers Omaha Latics v Thigh High Socks Woodingtonhampshire v Mancunian Mopheads Horizon Heights v LITH United Elisbury Hill v Argy-Bargy The Stoplights v Tall Saints A couple of reminders too – first, we have a midweek round of matches so the next deadline is tomorrow the 29th, at 7.30pm GMT. Also, if you've not yet used your January Wildcard you don't have long left to do so – they expire at the end of Gameweek 24 on 2 February.

And people say I'm snobbish!
I just noticed that the t!llionaires are the most valuable team in our league - by far I might add. Sure, you'll say: "Who else?" or "Who cares?", but I think that is worth a ***** (five star) kit? What do you say, Jaffa! Noticed how I got rid of my mighty avatar already?

You only get a star on your shirt if you win the title, it's a rule that's strictly enforced.
No Manchester City style star antics here!

"You need RVP on your team", they said. "Make him captain", they said.
"Ride Mata the entire season and make HIM captain", the Fightin' Shrooms manager said. And the supporters were happy. ![]() COYS(hrooms)!

Another Gameweek is over then, so a new round of fixtures is ready to smack us squarely in the chops. First though here's how we got on last time round...
Sporting Dual-Cores 51 - 50 Brainerd FC T!llionaire Toyshire 37 - 29 Pinstripe City Pachyderm FC 40 - 46 Hardly Athletic Neutron Heath 61 - 41 Fizzy's Flyers Omaha Latics 27 - 30 Thigh High Socks Woodingtonhampshire 40 - 29 Mancunian Mopheads Horizon Heights 65 - 58 LITH United Elisbury Hill 41 - 63 Argy-Bargy The Stoplights 36 - 30 Tall Saints ...which leaves the Cup table looking like this. Argy-Bargy v Sporting Dual-Cores Hardly Athletic v Woodingtonhampshire Pinstripe City v Omaha Latics Brainerd FC v Neutron Heath T!llionaire Toyshire v Pachyderm FC LITH United v Tall Saints Mancunian Mopheads v The Stoplights Thigh High Socks v Elisbury Hill Fizzy's Flyers v Horizon Heights As we're now into a new month, here's a look at the standings in the main League itself... I'd mentioned that I like to have a strong January to give me a good platform for the remainder of the season, so it was pleasing to see that the lads responded well and earned me a hefty total of 297 points for the month. As this total was unbettered by any other team their efforts have won me January's MacRumors Manager of the Month award. Cheers, squad. No slacking in February, mind.

Pachyderm FC v Brainerd FC Neutron Heath v Pinstripe City Omaha Latics v Hardly Athletic Woodingtonhampshire v Fizzy's Flyers Horizon Heights v Thigh High Socks Elisbury Hill v Mancunian Mopheads The Stoplights v LITH United Tall Saints v Argy-Bargy

Bah! I have two Southampton midfielders in my squad – Schneiderlin and Puncheon. Last Gameweek I benched Schneiderlin and he scored, so I rewarded his efforts by giving him a start this Gameweek ahead of Puncheon. Sure enough, Puncheon goes and scores!
