iMessage not sending MMS after Jailbreak

Hey guys, recently jailbroke my phone and realized that iMessage isn't sending picture messages (regular MMS works fine). Before posting I did some research and it seems to be a common problem. I removed any app from Cydia that had to do with phone or messaging, reset my network settings, shut off iMessage rebooted and turned it back on, and basically every step every other website and people with the same problem tried.

I've run out of ideas so any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Nick.

If you are trying to get cell number registered with FaceTime and iMessage on a unofficial carrier, those networks cannot properly process the authentication code. It is a common issue on unofficial networks.

I'm using AT&T, my device isn't unlocked just jailbroken.
