Title says all. I've had the iMac for 14 months now, and after a round of Ys on Boot Camp, I think I've heard my fans actively work for the first time ever.

I figure as long as the iMac doesn't shut down on its own, I should be in the clear. Then again, it may be my iMac's way of telling me not to play too much games :p

Yeah, you should probably take some chill pills or something. Relax :) It's just the fans doing their job. Gaming on bootcamp does seem to draw more power than gaming on any of the Mac os's probably because the computer was designed specially with them in mind.

That fans are running all the time, but get noisy when you do hard work... or play too many games :p

My G5 tower is good during winter (which it is now here in AU) but in summer it's noisy as hell. Hope my new iMac is quieter in the summer time.
