Should I install mountain lion from the app store (Free upgrade MBA 2012) if I already have the GM installed?

They are identical.

They are identical build numbers, but could have different configuration files in there.

Isn't facebook enabled on the gm and not retail?

Also, I assume the GM won't receive patches and updates.

Is this a serious question? Of course you should. There is no reason not to. Especially since it's free. You know how it will run since you have the GM installed.

It's the same version. People in the developer preview and seed programs received an e-mail to that effect on Wednesday.
