I believed I have discovered 2x Finder bugs in Mountain Lion.
A) I noticed that when I try to shrink a Finder window that has "Hide Toolbar" checked I am unable to shrink the width of the window using my mouse without (right-click title bar of window) first toggling "Hide Toolbar".
B) Once I have adjusted the window to a minimum width then closed and re-opened I notice that the window size goes back to the default which is wider than how it last displayed.
I have noticed this on 2 ML installs -one of which was a clean install.
