What is "bootroot.loader?"

Avast! did not list this as an "infection," but a "warning" instead. Does anyone know what this is and what I should do about this? Thanks, you guys are always great .

/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/MediaKit.framework/Versions/A/Resources/MKDrivers.bundle/Contents/Resources/bootroot.loader

It's a false alarm. You can ignore it.
