Ipad diable because of my brother

I changed the password on it so he wouldn't go on it as much and he put in the wrong password in so many times it says it's disabled and connect to iTunes but it can't connect because it's locked and you need to unlock it but how are you going to unlock it if it's disabled? Hella dumb

I tried this http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1212 but the computer it was last synced with broked.

Any solutions?
