for the Select Your Time Zone Step in setting up Mountain Lion to take over 10 min and counting in order to continue? Is it stuck?

Should I shutdown and start over? I don't think I'm going to be allowed to continue, and both the Back and Continue arrows ate greyed out.

Resolved...I pressed Command and Q and it started me back to the apple ID step...
