I got the 2011 model for $1089. They are great value if you don't crave for the latest and greatest. Can you survive without USB 3 and HD4000? Give that up and you have a larger SSD.

I am still undecided if I want to keep this or move up to the 2012 model since I want the performance that HD4000 offers, but really want a larger internal SSD since I dual boot.

Great value buy vs latest and greatest.

Yeah, I'd save the $60 CND then. Buy accessories or a sleeve or what have you.

I will. And it's more than $60 on saving over the refurb, you linked to the i5 model, the one I'm getting is an i7.
