Most affordable and good quality speakers for 20" 2009 iMac?

Hello.

I recently sold my TV and now my 20" iMac is my main entertainment device. The audio isn't great on a lot of the movies/tv shows that I imported and was looking for a good quality set of speakers that would provide good sound that is also powered by USB. Please let me know what you think and thanks in advance for any advice.

No. I was thinking less than $25. I mean low-cost. 100 grand? what the hell?

I can think of quite a few things I would rather spend 100 grand on....
