Export iTunes Playlist But Maintain Track Order?

Hi

I've made a playlist in iTunes that i want to send to a friend, rather than rip it to a CD i want to upload a .zip for them to download.

Trouble is, I can figure out how to export the playlist so the order is maintained when the files are added to a new library.

Any help?

(iTunes 10.6.3 OS X 10.8)
