If your network is running fine and if the last thing you did was jailbreak then its the starting block to return your phone to stock to see if the issue resolves.
Process of elimination.
Theres no quick fix here.
If the issue resolves and your adamant that you want the jailbreak then visit iclarified and download the correct tool for your iphone and current software.
