I just downloaded the plex app for my iPad/iPhone.
I have a few movies on my computer that I have to shrink in filesize (<4gb) for use on my PS3, still trying to figure out how to do that for a 720p video (4.7gb) to put on FAT32 but that's another story...
When I try and access those movies on my computer through Plex it's fine. When I try and access anything else it goes to load, plays about a 2s clip of sound then goes back to the browse page. All my movies are showing up in the iPad but none will play (except the ones stored locally on the computer).
My other files are stored on a 500gb Seagate GoFlex that is attached to my Airport Extreme. I can stream that content flawlessly on my computer and the Plex UI works well. Nothing works when I try and watch the same video on my ipad though.
