iOS App "Cleaning?"

I don't even what caused this, but I'm curious as to what this "Cleaning" is. I think I saw it after I exited the app store?..

Few FYI's
- Not jailbroken
- Already installed Twitter long before this

Thanks.

Edit: Posted this on iOS 6 forum though I am on iOS 5 as I was afraid not many people would respond.
By the way, how do I post pictures from iPhone camera roll?..

A quick Google search would've brought up this:

To post pictures from the camera roll, send them you to your computer and attach them to your post.

I've seen this numerous times. Normally when you're running out of space it'll clean your app cache. If you check your Usage you'll see a couple apps that are abnormally large.
