Price advice: late-2009 27" iMac

2.8GHz Intel Core i7 CPU
12GB 1067MHz DDR3 RAM (upgraded with Crucial memory)
ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB graphics card
27" display, max resolution 2560x1440
1TB 7200rpm hard drive
SuperDrive (CD/DVD burner)

Bought brand new from Apple store in summer of 2010. Have all original packaging, magic keyboard and mouse, and throwing in magic trackpad (or should I sell that separately?). Was about $2200 at purchase, I'm asking for $1500 on craigslist. Reasonable? Where else should I try to sell it?

As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay (including completed sales), or Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what you may be able to charge. Then adjust your price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc.

I think the price is perfect. Don't forget to mention the fact that your iMac is a quad-core variant, and that the max RAM for this model is 16GB. You have a great machine. Good luck with your sale. And I can honestly say that I am jealous that I didn't wait long enough to get that machine. Mine is the early 2009, 20" iMac.
