I'm trying to instal CHDK on an SDHC card. To do so, I need to have two partitions on the card, one that is FAT16 and one that is FAT32. Disk Utility wont let me specify these partitions beyond "MS-DOS". Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

You can do this on the command line (Terminal) with the diskutil command. There are also some third party GUI apps that will do the hard work if you don't want to mess with Terminal. The MSDOS format is FAT, by the way, but I think Disk Utility chooses which one to use (16 or 32) based on the capacity of your device.

I think iPartition has a free trial version.
