Create an text message group

Go to create a new message and just add all the people's names who you want to be in the group message and then type and send your message.

this. You do not need an app. Remember if you respond to a message it will go to everyone in that group. So if someone sends you a message that they sent to 10 other people, you need to separately respond to that single person, unless you have turned group messaging off.

Like mentioned. However if you are not texting an iPhone there is a chance the group can get weird and you start receiving replies from the individual instead of the group.

If that's the case it's either a dumb phone or Android phone. If its the later tell them to download go SMS pro and turn on group messaging in the settings.
