I have an iTunes voucher and an existing Netflix account, but that account was shut down by me after the free month. I would now like to open that account again (or create a different one if I have to, I'm not that bothered, but I'd prefer to use the existing one) and pay for it with my iTunes account, the balance of which contains the voucher.
How would I go about doing this first of all? Can I just try logging into the Netflix account again and select "iTunes" as a payment method? Or is it more complicated than that?
I did a search but I just found an old post talking about Apple TVs which isn't of much help to me.
