What type of Mac(s) do you have/want and how much do you make a year?

Just interested to see what a normal Mac users budget allows.

My household income is around $70k right now since I'm in Germany and my wife has to get a **** job.

I have a 2008 21'' iMac right now and am looking to upgrade to a $1799 MBP.

"In The Know: Should The Nation's Unemployed Be Buying New Apple Computers?" seems like a bit of an extreme position for this thread. No income, need a Mac.

OP, you may find that getting people to reveal how much they make is non-trivial.

I have the macs in my sig and if i could afford it i would buy a mac pro ones a new one comes out and i make enough
