No, they can't. Marketplace Rules - Mac Guides

Before you can access the Marketplace forum, you need a minimum post count of 250, as displayed in your User Profile, and you must have been a MacRumors member for at least 180 days (about 6 months).

In my experience, you don't see a lot of those on eBay, at least not anymore. Right now, though, there are a number of 2300c PBs available, which I believe is the same chassis and case, but with a trackpad replacing the trackball, and a faster processor.
