Hate the way Pages opens

In the past, Pages used to open with the new document chooser or the latest document I was working on, but now it opens with the Pages in iCloud screen (I don't even use iCloud for storing documents) and the "Documents on my Mac" pane, which is REALLY annoying. Is there any way I can change the behavior when I open the app?

Go into your preferences in Pages and choose one of two options available to you. Hope this is what you are looking for.
