I'd like to know if it's possible to install 2 SSDs in Raid 0 on a 13 inches macbook pro 2012 and then create a separate partition for Windows 7 on it so I can dual boot while still having the faster speeds of 2 SSDs in raid 0.

Yes you can. You need to remove the optical drive (obviously) to accomplish this and a USB Flash drive to install OS X.

Boot to the USB flash drive, go into Disk Utility and create a RAID with the SSDs.
