any extensions in safari to download multiple pictures at once?

i have been using google chrome and I want to try and make a switch to the new safari. i used to use Image Downloader in chrome. Are there any similar extensions for safari?

i've found this add-on. it looks great.

but problem is i don't know how to download it. when i click download it directs me to itunes and said that it isn't available in the Us store. I tried change to other stores but still doesn't work. can u help me figure out how to download this thing?
