Upgrading to MS Office for Mac 2011

I am just wondering if there is any risk to my current files if/when I upgrade from MS office for mac 2008 to 2011? I have a MacBook Pro.

Not in my experience.

No, files will still be present and you should still be able to open and edit them once upgraded to 2011.

As others mentioned, you shouldn't have any issues at all - I didn't. 🙂
