Personally, I don't see Apple pricing the iPad mini with $100 between the cost of an 8gb and a 16gb...

Look at the 8/16gb nanos. The price difference is 20$ for the SAME increase.

I think you are spot on for the shuffle, nano, iPad 2/3 and touch.

I also think your idea of them pricing the iPad mini at $279 is realistic!

I however think that the iPad mini will be as follows:
8gb - $249.99 (maybe $279 like you say).
16gb - $299.99 (maybe $319 - but sounds very weird as a price!).
If they have LTE variants (which I am personally unsure about them actually having) I think they will be $100 more than the non-LTE device.

I also don't think they would have 3 storage capacities to choose from, but obviously all of my thoughts are speculation based on what I 'feel' will happen!

Either way, can't wait to see the stuff :apple: releases!!

Also, in reply to the other person who wrote about the iPhone being an iOS device, in the US it'll probably be...
$0 for iPhone 4 8gb
$99 for iPhone 4S 8gb
$199/$299/$399 for new iPhone in 16/32/64gb configurations :D
