The title says it all, I have a 2011 macbook pro with a aftermarket SSD installed on the machine. I sold it with the stock harddrive that came with the computer and am getting a new 2012 MBP. Would I be able to just take out the stock drive in the new comp and just put the old SSD in? Would there be any problems with the computer when I decided to turn it on?

nope - you may need to go into setting startup disk and select it - if the machine boots up slow the first time. Otherwise everything should work just fine.
