Resolved How do I change my laptop keyboard back to normal?

I brought my laptop in to be fixed, and they reinstelled windows for me but now my keyboard is all messed up. Like the @ sign isn't where it used to be, it's on 2 and all the pther symbols are messed up. I have an english keyboard and I think it's been changed to the european way, how can I change it back? also the scroller on my mouse doesn't work anymore. how can i fix it?
