When I was in the US I got me an iPad2 3G att. And now Im back in Serbia and got me a new sim card from a carrier here.
My question is. How can I enable personal hotspot on the iPad2? My carrier allows tethering but on my iPad2 att I cant get that option. On my iPhone I just had to type in the info and then I get an extra personal hotspot option. I cant do that on my iPad.
I know I can use myfi(think its called that) from jailbreaking. I dont have a problem with jb(i have it on my iPhone) but I dont want it on my iPad.

There's a website that will allow you to create an APN file specific to your carrier and then install it.

http://unlockit.co.nz/

I've used it to use an ATT cell phone plan with unlimited data on my ipad.
