Off contract prices german apple site keep changing!!

Holy COW. Is that always the price there? It's normally $649 in the US, hopefully it isn't proportional pricing or the iphone is going to be $876.65!!
Same goes for the french apple site!
Did apple realised they made the new iphone in europe a bit too expensive in opposite to the USA??

but taxes are already included in that price.
do you really think its that expensive? here in brazil the iphone 4s 16g costs 1000 dollars, and last time i checked the 4s 64g costed 1500. the most expensive on the world.

i'm not really sure about this, but it might be because the iphone is priced in dollars and if dollar get more expensive than euros, the prices tend to rise.
september 2011 the euro was 1.43 meaning the iphone costed 858 US$
september 2012 the euro is at about 1.23 meaning the iphone costs 835 US$
so, as you can see it actually got cheaper!
