Is the POS website actually taking orders and does say shipping still on release date?

Not working here. Was able to get through picking out the phone then was sent to a screen that said:
"Your order cannot be completed online at this time.
If you need further assistance, please call Customer
Care at 1-800-331-0500 or visit an AT&T store near you"
