Yes, you can go to a store the 21st and get one. Probably a good idea to get there early though

Do you mean go early and get in line before they open, or midday-early evening on Friday?

The former? Depends on the line. The later? You'd be very lucky if you did.

Your guess is as good as any. Stores will probably get some limited stock but whether or not it is the model you want and if you can get there before others is something to be seen.
