I went last year in the morning - around 6:30am and had a good spot in line at the Easton Apple store. I know the rent-a-cops wouldn't let the line start till around 5am so not sure what they are doing this year. Did anyone call Easton or the Apple store there for details?

It's the entrance to the mall BY Von Maur between Von Maur and the maternity store. I'll be there at like 3am. Doors to the mall open at 5am at which point they'll let us queue up indoors (in the warmth lol).

Just called Polaris Security. They said they are going to be escorting people off the property until 7am. Glimcher Management doesnt want to open themselves up for insurance and liability therefore no one will be allowed to "squat" on their property.

I'll have to call again, but when I spoke to the Apple Store this week, they told me the doors to the mall would open at 5am. So that seems a bit off to me. Either way, I plan on checking.

Just spoke to the apple store again, they have remained unchanged, people are going to be let into the mall at 5am, and they said people are allowed to line up outside beforehand. I'd trust the store, the collective IQ of all the mall cops employed there is probably less than any one person working in the Apple Store. Therefore, I'll take my chances.

I was planning on doing Polaris. But I need to do an upgrade swap and I am not the primary account holder, just an authorized user. So I don't want to risk getting turned away or making things complicated so I'll be at the sawmill at&t store around 3.
