No, the same applies for international (ie. you are correct). The residential commit times are good point, I do most of my interaction with UPS commercial account, so that is what I am used to. However, residential times maybe later than the published commercial times, but I believe UPS breaks this out somewhere. In my market, res and com NDA times are the same - 10:30. Of course, the airport is only 10 min from my house!

What my UPS guy told me last year was that they were busting their asses to get them all delivered by 10:30 am because that was their service level guarantee; those that weren't able to be delivered by 10:30 would be delivered during the course of their normal delivery routes. And yippee--though mine still says "preparing for shipment" on apple.com, it shows arrival at ZhengZhou as of 6 pm.

Did you enter your phone number and zip? Apple website still says "preparing for shipment" even though I can actually track it now.

I was able to pull my tracking up using the ref# method but just a question. Are you all using your mobile # to track it or home number?

I've been trying my mobile number as well as every other number on the same family plan and nothing would show up.

I then just decided to try my home phone since that is what is on the shipping and billing address and the tracking info instantly popped up. Weird.

Cool…I tracked mine via UPS using my phone# in "track by reference" and it actually worked. Now I have the legit tracking # and can follow it throughout its entire journey. Super pumped for Friday to get here. Nothing like opening a new Apple product that you have never even seen in person.

Mostly 32/64 GB have actually entered the UPS tracking system. Expect 16GB with "pending shipment" to enter the UPS tracking system by tonight. It's currently 9/17/12 12:33 AM in China, and it appears that UPS picked most orders up around 9 AM, meaning 9PM Eastern, so by 11 PM EDT tonight most 16GBs should be on the UPS system.
Just my two cents.
