Force iTunes auto sync w. all devices

Hi guys.

At the moment i have to manually click 'sync' with all 4 of my devices when i change something in my library, so the sync is up to date.

Some of the devices are connected via usb some via wi-fi.

Is there an iTunes script that would force all the devices to sync once you change some data in your library?
