iTunes Match - multiple albums pointing to same song?

Hello,

Being the old fashioned sort that I am, I like to listen to whole albums in the order that they were originally done.

I've just moved to iTunes Match, and in the process I can see that some albums that had duplicates of songs from other albums, now have gaps.

Is there any way to get this back? I think I must have OK'ed a message at some point without really reading it.
