iTunes Keeps Deleting My Music...

I had virtually zero problems with Lion, but ML is giving me some annoying issues.

The first problem is that after my computer wakes up from sleep, all multitouch gestures stop working except for 2 finger scroll. Thus, I have to restart my computer to get it working again.

When my computer starts back up, several iTunes songs get erased. Last time it was 15 songs, now it was 5 songs.

It's ridiculous. The music is on my iPhone, in tact. When the computer comes on from restarting and iTunes opens, it tells me there are songs that need to be transferred to the computer.

It's almost like iTunes is resetting itself to a previous date. It's EXTREMELY annoying.
