Walnut creek or stoneridge apple

I moved to this area recently, anyone recommend one of these? I have always gone to palo alto for all the other launches so I know how it works.

Considering the demand, I was thinking of heading over around 11-12.

Not sure how mall security handles it for Stoneridge. Not sure if they let you camp out inside the mall or if you are only allowed to be in the parking lot.

As for Walnut Creek, it's a free standing store so you can camp out all you want on the street.

Do you think going at midnight will cut it for that store? I don't know how crazy that store gets. I have a feeling it will be more packed early compared to stoneridge

I would go as early as possible since it's a free standing store. My suggestion would be to swing by the store today and tomorrow to see if anyone has lined up yet.

I'm not sure if they changed it for the 4s but I got my 4 at stoneridge the first day. The mall cops wouldn't let anyone line up outside the door to the apple store before 7 so everyone ended up waiting by their cars in the parking lot. As soon at that time came, everyone just rushed the doors. Luckily, I was able to get 2nd in line. Good luck though, I went with the preorder this time

Thanks for the info. That's always the downside of the Apple store being in the mall. I pre-ordered through Best Buy this year. So hoping I get in on the 1st shipment, but no calls to confirm to come in on Friday for pick up yet.

I did that as well but I don't have my hopes up. I was the first one to preorder at the Dublin store but I want two 32gb for Verizon. I think they mostly get 16gbs only. Further, this store is saying just show up at your appointment, we won't know If they will get them though.

Yea it's at Olympic... A few people around the B&N entrance so it has already begun wrapping around the corner

Did a quick count... It's more than 80 but prob not by much. It's a limit of 2 per customer and they didn't tell me how many they had
