When do the orders go through for the October shipment?

I ordered my phone September 14th...but not until later in the evening. My phone isn't suppose to arrive til October 9-15. My order still says processing. Does anybody know when apple will subtract the amount from my debit account? And possibly when the order will ship out from China or wherever? Thanks guys!
