If you've gotten your iPhone 4S replaced, what did the new serial # start with?

I know I know, its one of those threads... Its been widely speculated that serial #'s starting with 5K were remanufactures but since apple's changed the serial number scheme starting with the 4S, I'm trying to figure out what might be the new indicator.

So, if you've had your iPhone 4S replaced for whatever reason, what are the first 3 digits of the replaced iPhones' serial number?
