I have to drop off my iPhone 5 (yay) to get a replacement at a UPS store.
Anyone done this with an iPhone before? Do I need to include the original box and packaging? Apple just told me to show up there with my hardware and repair number and UPS will handle the rest.
Should I just show up with my iPhone in hand and they'll put it in a special box with my Repair ID?
