Can someone pllleaaasse explain how this can happen on LTE?? How can download speeds be soo slow but upload speeds be lightening fast??

Yes I am on AT&T and unlimited but only at 1.03G of data thus far this cycle.

Then you shouldnt be throttled.
Maybe an issue with that particular tower? Did you try a reset network?

Yea I just toggled the airplane mode and still got the same result. This sucks..

They did start LTE in November but I still don't understand how that would make a difference between upload/download speeds. Oh well, hopefully things will change.
