I too am getting crap speeds in the District proper, though not that bad. I only have 2-3 bars max and get around 6mbps download speeds. I did get around 22 once while on the sidewalk downtown, but once inside a building it is abysmal. Am thinking about switching to AT&T--others in my office are getting full LTE bars inside, though I don't know what speeds they are getting.

ok..it may sound like a dumb question, but on that app, you can choose multiple servers. Each one gives me a different reading. How do you know what your exactly getting?

I'm loving the relative inactivity of the AT&T LTE cell I'm using here in Pittsburgh. I'm averaging about 40mbps down. Usually 50 down at night and 30 down during the day.
I've been keeping an eye on the LTE cell I'm connected to for a good portion of the day and it's been pretty quiet. For kicks, I decided to run a speed test and see the result on an FFT. Here ya go: http://i.imgur.com/fRBuo.jpg Pretty cool eh?

I got 38 pins, 10 down and 9 Up in Chicago. Is this slow compared to other people's on here? I'm a noob on how to read these things.

Orlando area here. Very happy with AT&T right now, but I'm sure they'll let me down.
