When I receive an image in a text and click the arrow to view it, I get a black "loading" screen and no matter how long I leave it, it remains blank except for loading. The image will not load. Any ideas on why? It did not do this on my iPhone 4 running OS 6. Just on the iPhone 5

Have your tried restarting your phone by powering off and back on, or by holding the power & home button for 10 seconds until the apple logo appears?
I just tried a MMS on mine and it works and opens fine.
