Most users of Android devices have experienced software/Hardware issues. Most owners of Apple products too have had similar issues. I use both and the differences in customer service/support are striking. Have a problem with android software, you have no option for support from Google other than forums. Google recently started phone support for play store device purchases. Lot of forum posts about refund/return hassles, but progress from email only. Hardware issue resolution vary my phone maker. I don't know any Android phone maker that has walk/mail in exchange for a set price. Again lot of forum posts complaining about phones makers denied claims and long turn around times. Not making excuses for Apple issues just how they are handled. Just something to think about among all the "iPhone is ######" threads
