So my iPhone 5 has its fair share of problems (Wifi slowness/packet loss) and dust under the screen glass. I want to return it and buy unlocked from apple.ca instead.
The problem is, I purchased it as a Hardware Upgrade (Rogers) from the Apple Store. How does this affect the return policy? I've heard it is 14 days or 30 minutes of talk time?
Anyone know if my contract length will be reset back to pre-HUP status?
