got my notes from iphone 4 to 5 via icloud backup .. but those notes dont show up on icloud.com and when i try and create new notes on iphone or on the website, they won't sync .. notes icloud backup is turned on

I've been having a similar problem.
My notes are syncing between iPhone and iPad, but the notes section on the iCloud web page is blank. And keeps giving me errors when creating notes there. (See screenshot).
Mail, Contacts and Calendars are syncing fine.
