Did a setup as new, of iOS6 10A403 through iTunes and I'm finding the following issues;

*1) settings > general > accessibility > Speak Auto-text, does not work.

*2) keyboard click sounds is not reliable, some times they work, other times they quit, and will then start working again...

*3) Auto-Brightness does not work

I've tested beta software that feels more finished than this iSO 6 firmware on my iPad. I've seen the Apps Store icon indicate that I have updates, only to open it and be told there are no updates, while showing 1 update available at the bottom status bar...

I keep reading about this auto-brightness thing but mine works perfect.

Lucky me i guess.

I've got a 64 GB AT&T, what is yours? Does Speak Auto-text actually work on yours? What about the keyboard clicks? This morning they have worked all the time. If you go to System > General > about > Diagnostic & Usage > Diagnostic & Usage Data > do you have anything listed?

Thanks

It works when you leave it default but when you change it to off, slide it up or down to change brightness and set it back to auto it will stay at the brightness level you set it before. So it works if you don't change it,other wise it doesn't

Correct. If you changed it, iOS will try to respect the level set by you.
